Hey guys I'm in desperate need of some help I am the above mod and it will not fire where the voltage number is it's zeros the set of numbers above it is on 999 does anyone know how to set the.. thanks

Sounds like the mod thinks the Coil is Shorted. Or that there is No Coil in the tank.

Try Replacing the Coil with a New One. And make sure everything is inserted/screwed on snug.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Your problem could stem from many different causes.
Could contact:
Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor may help).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

I have the topbox mod. Mine says "topbox mini" on the box but I believe it is the same mod you have and the only difference is that mine came with the toptank MINI and yours came with the toptank NANO.

The mod lacks error messages unfortunately. The behavior you are describing is one of 3 things...

1) The mod cannot detect your tank's coil (the mod will act the same way without a tank screwed onto it.)
2) The coil or tank is shorted or there is a short in the 510 connection on the mod
3) The resistance of the coil on your tank is too low for the mod (lowest resistance of coil for this mod is 0.1 ohms).

You now have enough information to do some troubleshooting.
