Hello, welcome to ECF meguiar. You might want to post a thread in the New Members section to say hi.

As to your question, no, only models with micro USB (i.e., older models) are firmware upgradeable. It's a shame. Not sure why eleaf made this decision, or what they were thinking.

Edit: You might also consider posting in the Classifieds section to see if anybody has an older Pico for sale; firmware upgradeable Picos are no longer available in stores.

Nope, eleaf took away the option to upgrade the firmware for the USB-C chipset

For the 75 i agree.
But some 25 with USB c port, are upgreadable and support Arcticfox.
I have 2 and they are Ok.
None of the 75, "plus", or Pico2 with usb-c i have tested are upgreadable.
