I've read a few comments here and there and I'd like to know if it's safe or not to vape cinnamon.
I really like cinnamon I just recieved my Cinn from FSUSA and have some Fireball (Cinn) on its way from BWB. This is the first time I have read this so I hope its not true but I am new to vaping so will I will be watching this thread.![]()
I have not read any type of real dangers with cinnamon especially since this is water based
that is used in our juices (or so I have been told). There are things
on the internet about cinnamon oil and some alergic reactions to it, but that is usually a very
strong oil base. I think pregnant women have been issued warning when it comes to the OIL as well.
Cinnamon is been used for centuries as a herbal type remedy for many conditions, with studies
that show it could possibily help with diabetes and blood pressure.
I use it daily in my juice and have not had any type of problems or issues. It is my number 1 ingredient.
I love PureSmokers---Fire and Ice as well as Firecracker which is a little stronger cinnamon.
My absolute favorite flavors are Atomic Cinnacide and Cinnabomb which are very similar to each other. Unfortunately, I have had reactions to these flavors. My sinus cavities become very inflamed and I suffer tremendous headaches if I vape them too much. I still use these flavors, but have had to be careful not too vape them too much.
BWB's Blast is not anything at all like the two flavors I mentioned before. It is not a hot cinnamon flavor and does not produce the same problems. Neither do those juices meant to taste like cinnamon rolls or other cinnamon pastries.
Keep in mind that my experiences may be unique. I have had allergy related sinus issues for decades. I've heard many others state they don't have problems with the hot cinnamon flavors. Hopefully, you won't either. They are truly terrific flavors.
I sure hope not since all I vape is Atomic Cinnacide. I've lost 10 pounds in the last month but I could afford to lose them. I've found that I eat a lot less when vaping this particular flavor.
