IS this Glycerin safe to vape ?

Dear all,

i am new to this forum and i have been reading a lot and learning a lot from you guys.

i have some high PG/NIC juices that i want to dilute a littile with some VG i got from the Pharmacy you can check it in the link below

Care Glycerin 200ml - Cold & Flu For Adults - Lloyds Pharmacy

the ingredients is: "glycerol 100% v/v there are no other ingredients." this is whats written on the bottle.

i searched in the forum but i couldn't find any information about this brand can you please advice.

Vegetable USP grade glycerin is safe to vape. No synthetic crap... I don;'t know much about the bottle you have.

Yes it's safe to use. Over here they designate the Food grade VG as "USP/ Food Grade". On your side of the pond it's "BP/ Food Grade" so it's perfect for vaping.

According to the product description the Care Glycerin is Glycerin BP. BP means British Pharmacopoeia which sets pharmaceutical standards for products sold in the UK and other countries. BP is equivalent to USP (United States Pharmacopoeia) for the US and other countries.

So, the Care Glycerin is Glycerin BP and equivalent to Glycerin USP. These are the highest grades of pharmaceutical Glycerin (glycerol) available. vape it with confidence.

VG (vegetable glycerin) is a term used by purveyors of glycerin but the term actually has little meaning regarding the purity of the product.

Vape away - though 100% glycerine might be a bit too viscous. Add a drop or two of distilled water if it doesn't wick properly

Please remember to dilute it to the right vaping consistency with distilled water. Usually 12-18% water should be enough.

I can vape 95% Glycerin USP and 5% distilled water just fine with a properly punched Smoktech single coil XL in a carto tank. In fact, I'm doing it right now.
