ever since i started vaping..i have been a bit of a flavor chaser nothing reely did it for me..so i started making my own using capella flavourings about 6 months ago... i have a mix of Apple and sweet mango at 16% apple and 12% sweet mango.. i have to make my vg/pg at 70/30 as i am not a big fan of throat hit.. still the flavor is not as in your face as i thought it was going to be? what am i doing wrong? or do i still need to add more flavouring? set up is a hana clone with aerotank v2 vaping at 9-10 watts?

I don't DIY so somebody else might want to chip in, but from what I've seen around here, less is more. Your flavorings shouldn't be more than a total 10% off your mix, and most go lower than that. When you add "too much" of a particular flavor it can go reversed and be muted or weak instead. Don't know why.

Try a mix with Apple 4% and mango 3%. Same balance, just 1/4 the amount, and see how that fares.

i have tasted all of the capellas that i have individually and found between 16-20% was nice never tried below 15% individually tho as like i said i am a serious flavor chaser.. i cannot understand the concept tho that less is more as i have heard that capella flavorings are quite weak in strength and that usually 15-20% is just right for a capella flavoring as standalone?
