Hi people, just wondering if the lavatube mini is a good choice for a chain vaper? Is it normal for the battery to only last like 2 hours(the battery that comes with it). I'm going to order new batteries if they'll last longer but going to put it on classifieds if the batteries do not for a vaper who vapes lighter than I.:)

What volts are you vapeing on?

I ask because I chain vapes as well and when useing my LT I normaly get around 6 hours out of it. Of course I am not a "High Voltage" vaper...I use mine between 3.4 and and 4.2. Usually only use the higher volts when I want a little extra TH

depending on the juice, sometimes 3.9, and sometimes 4.2 or 4.8, i'll have the battery that came with it and i just ordered 2 more 700mah ones so that should do me a 12hr shift you'd think

i'm using the LR dual coil, but the person i got it from gave me 2 3ohm SR cartos, should i be using them?

Dan , I would suggest using the 3 ohm single coil cartos . I think its a safe bet that you have a version 1 LT since you have a mini and I havent seen a mini in the newer versions that offer a 4.0 amp limit

Anyhoo... I have a version 1 LT and a version 1.5. The version 1 doesnt handle the LR dual coils very well. I was using them too on my version 1 when I first got it and found that battery didnt last very long compared to using single coils. Using the single coil 3 ohm cartos increased the length of a charge and I was getting a better vape.

I'm not an " ohms law" pro but I'm fairly certain that you're asking the mini LT to do something it cant properly handle by using LR dual coils on it... I read somewhere on here that you need more then the 2.5 amps that the version 1's can deliver when using LR dual coils.. Which is why I grabbed a newer version that has a 4.0 amp limit.
