Is my Vuse charger broke

I have a fairly new Vuse Vibe and i didn't have a problem with it until last night but now every time i plug the usb charger into an outlet or my laptop the light on the charger begins to blink and it won't charge my Vuse. Does anyone know what might be going on and whether or not its broke? Thank you very much.

If it's the ego charger type, plug it in first then slowly screw your ecig onto it until the light displays what you need. Of course, clean both contacts with alcohol first. If this is an automatic ecig, further cleaning may be necessary.

its the Vuse Vibe Charger. I tried what you mentioned but the light is still blinking whenever i plug the charger in. Once i screw the vuse onto it its still not charging.
