Welcome to the forum @ColonelKurtz . Personally I'd think about an upgrade, use what you have (if it starts to work) as a back up. I'd recommend a trip to a local vape shop or two to see what they have and actually hold one or two in your hand. You can always come back to the forum to shop and ask for advice from people who aren't trying to sell you something (or anything). Gear is cheaper online if you know where to shop, and most vapers will make recommendations.

Recently, one of my NJoy rechargeable batteries hasn't been working. When I inhale, the light fails to turn on and I get a green light on the charger when it's plugged in, usually indicating that the charge is complete or that nothing is plugged in.

Can I fix it or should I just throw it away?
If the cartridge is fully in and it shows charged and doesn't work try another cartridge (though light should blink when the cartridge is out), if it still doesn't work sounds like a bad battery. I like the Njoy rechargeable with the Bold high Nic cartridge. It's the ultimate in ultra small stealth Vapes and a strong throat hit that gets the job done when it has to be stealth ;)
