Is it possible to be pulled over for vaping and driving?

Yes happened to me, had to explain it wasn't paraphernalia. Whew lol, not that I partake in illegal activities but still a bit unnerving.
I went to traffic court today. Vaped outside and the police saw me and then were taking second looks. Nothing was said to me. I vape in the car all the time, no biggy.
Ive been asked about my Pv when pulled over for a cracked winshield that passed inspection. Helped that I had my bottle of juice, clearly labeled in the center console and the window cling still in my back window for my e-cig company that went out of business. A couple of vaping bumper sticker placed on the rear of your car should serve the same purpose.
I've gotten a few double takes from police while vaping and driving, but not gotten pulled over for it. I live in an area where police will pull you over for any stupid reason, too. Think y'all are safe. 
A few converts who are OPP (State Police) told me it is within the parameters of the law to pull someone over that was using an APV with a VV screen. Said charges prolly wouldn't happen as the Judge would give the Officer a stern Lecture for wasting his and the court's time.

Actually cops can't pull you over for whatever they want. That's why when you are pulled over they ask you "do you know why I pulled you over" and explain why they pulled you over. Vaping is not against the law and you can vape while driving until a law is implemented stating that you cannot. Just like cell phones, some states and all military bases you cannot hold a cellphone up to your ear while driving, it has to be hands free. Can they pull you over for suspicion? Sure they can, but are you actually doing something illegal? No you are not. Unless you have something in your vehicle that is illegal. Cops have laws/rules as well as we do. Just like the Miranda rights. You can say or tell a cop anything you want up to the point your rights are read to you. After your rights are read to you then anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Anything you say before you rights are read can not.
I vape and drive regularly, but like has been said, refrain from clouds of vapor or flaunting it in front of cops. They already don't like my window tint and who needs the hassle.
I vape flying down the highway on my bike all the time and no one seems to care.
I vape but put my PV down if I spot a cop. I live in a bad city where drugs are a big issue so I try and keep it hidden at times. The last thing I need is being pulled over lol
Never happened to my wife (who uses e-cigs) in 8 months so far. In any event its far safer than smoking.

I believe if you act like you are trying to hide something, well..., you will look like your trying to hide something. Reasonable suspicion.
I like two blocks from one station, work across street from another. Use my APV all the time in front of police officers. Sometimes I will get a double take, but most never seem to give it a second glance.

I haven't been pulled over or even given the stink eye by LEO's (law enforcement officers). But I just ordered the e pipe mod that looks like a pipe used for other things. So all of that might change soon.
