Is Humidor PG, Propylene glycol the same thing as PG for e-juice?

I was looking for some VG online and ran into an offering for Humidor PG. I know they use this to keep the humidity @ a good level for cigars. Since this is a moisture thing and this is what e-juice is basically. I was wondering if someone may know the answer to this one. All help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

No Humidor PG seems to be a 50/50 pg mix. The PG you want for DIY use is Propylene Glycol, USP

I can't say for sure. What I can say is that e-juice isn't about moisture. In fact, it's dehydrating because both PG and VG are hygroscopic, meaning that they pull moisture out. That creates the vapor you see when you vape.

humidor pg is meant for humidity control, not consumption. I would not even consider using it for DIY use. plus it costs about double what USP PG does...
