I brought a brand new innokin kroma yesterday and whenever I use it for more than 2 seconds the mouth tip burns even on the first hit. I've tried lower wattage it just delays the heat but not much vapour. I'm getting not as much vapour as u would normally get but I think it's because I not dragging long enough because of the hop tip. When the temp and watt are low it doesn't get hot but there is just barely vapour. The tank is really hot after 1 hit as well so the tip heat might have come from the tank. 0.8ohm 30watt 200C

What material is the drip tip? If it's metal, those can heat up fast, although changing the coil (maybe the wattage more) might be useful too. Are you getting spitting and pop back or just an overheated driptip? If it's a coil issue, I might suspect some of the former, but not always. You can try swapping it out with a delrin drip tip to see if that improves the problem.

Depending on how long your draw is, can also cause increased heat in the tank, leading to a heated driptip. What wattage are you vaping at?

Hello. Airflow could also be a culprit. Perhaps you already have, but if your tank has adjustable airflow open it up more. Cools down the vapor more and also cools tank and coils. Early in my vaping career i was frequently paranoid about how hot my tank and mod were getting but found it was a normal warmth. If the tip is uncomfortably hot that is too hot though of course.
I notice you mentioned .8 and 200c. What coil wire is being used and if you are in a dedicated temp control mode are you sure you are using it (how it's set) correctly?

Are you using your mod in wattage (power) mode or TC (temperature control) mode?

What is the material your coil is made of? Nickle, Stainless Steel, or Kanthal? The material the coil is made of determines which mode (wattage or TC) you can use.

If all of that checks out safely, you can indeed swap out your metal tip for a delrin tip. I personally use the Cherry Vape Cloudchaser delrin tips.
