I've had the itaste vv for approximately 6 months and this is only a review of my personal experience. Others may or may not have gone through the same thing.

Before we get in to anything else, the rating of what I thought of the itaste is found below:

Performance - 7/10
Battery Life - 8/10
Quality - 5/10
Weight & Size - 8/10

OVERALL - 7/10

When I first received the itaste I was very excited from seeing all the positive reviews. When the package arrived everything seemed to be in place and in good working condition.

I immediately fell in love with the design, slim body, and uniqueness. It had a very comfortable feeling in my hand and I would vape and I was very satisfied with the appearance of it.

PERFORMANCE
I felt and still feel that the itaste works like a champ only when it works (I'll get into this in the quality section). When I first received it, I ordered the regular set up with an atomizer and a tank assembly. However, this assembly was horrible where I barely got any throat hit or vapor, so I decided to opt out for the one with the 510 adapter. This ended up working very well and I had absolutely no complaints about it. UNTIL one day it stopped working out of the blue. I found out that the area where it makes the connection between the 510 adapter and the battery wasn't touching. In order for me to get this to work, I had to press down on the 510 adapter really hard to the battery and vape.

BATTERY LIFE
The battery life on this is great. Nothing wonderful, but nothing bad. It performed consistently well without a problem. I guess the only complaint I have is that Innokin should have changed around the low battery indicator around a bit. When the battery is fully charged, it stays green when you press the button to vape. When the battery is low, it has a yellow light when you press the button. When the battery is dead, it shows a red. The problem is, when the battery turns to yellow, it means you reeaallllyy don't have much charge on the battery and that you should charge this immediately. Once it is yellow, you have about 5 minutes of vaping time left which I feel it is too short of a time notice. I wish I could see something with 4 different colored lights indicating which percentile of battery life you have.

QUALITY
This is where I believe the itaste is really lacking in. The weight and the feel is nice, but it just seems some things are cheap. For instance, I accidentally dropped my itaste once and the screen where it shows the voltage popped out. Yes, I know that this is my fault, but I really don't think something should be popping out when you drop it from just waist high. Another complaint is the button. One day, when I tried vaping, the button would stay compressed. I would have to push the button several times to get this to unpress. After a while, the whole button fell off. At this time when the button fell off which I had to superglue to stick it back on. The other complaint I have is like I mentioned above, the itaste not really working any more.

WEIGHT & SIZE
Some may not really care about this aspect, but to me this is a very important aspect. I carry around my itaste everywhere. The size isn't something too big, so it is something that I can easily put in my pocket. It is fairly light weight and has a good solid feel in my hands.

I feel that Innokin can make a lot of improvements in the itaste. However, while the Innokin did last, it worked very well. I just expected to get more life out of this. Of course, this is only based on MY experience after 6 months of using the itaste.
