So I just placed an order for an Innokin iClear 30S. I have a problem with straying from what I normally use, but I wanted something different from what I have (Kanger T3D- uses ProTank 3 coils).

Has anyone had experience with this tank? I'll have it on a Vision Spinner. Would that be okay? What voltage works for this tank?

This is my first "big boy" tank, so I'm a little nervous!

I loved the iclear 30s when I had it just watch what kind of juices you stick in their its a plastic tank. But I have loved the warm flavor and clouds it.produces

Lucky for me, I don't like banana or cinnamon flavors . I read that it has a glass tank? The company I bought it from said that it won't crack with certain juices.

Not the greatest flavor, but not the worst either. Very consistent. If you wash and dry burn after every couple of tanks, the coils last a very long time.

These are dual, so you can easily go up to 10 Watts. I usually vaped at 9. If memory serves me correctly the coils are 2.1 ohms, so depending on your juice, you should be ok up to 4.5 volts.

What's the difference between watts and voltage? The spinner can only change voltage up to 4.8

voltage is electric potential difference and watts is power. The voltage you can go to, withought the vape tasting burnt depends on the resistance of your coil. Generally the lower the resistance, the less voltage you would need.

The formula is P = E squared divided by R where R is resistance in ohms, E is voltage and P is watts. For example if you have a 2 ohm coil, at 4 volts you would have 8 watts of power, whereas if the coil is 1.5 ohms, to get the same amount of power you would need to go only as high as 3.5 volts approximately.

yeah you are right, mine was 1.8 too. Up to 4.3 volts you would be fine depending on juice. I would start at 3.8 volts and go up to find your preference.

Thank you! I've already burned through two coils with my Kanger...I'd really like to make a habit of not doing that, lol.
