Could you provide us with some more info?

What resistance are the coils that came with your kit?
They should be marked on the coil as either .5 or 1.2.

What ratio e-juice are you using?
Some vendors list the PG/VG ratio on the bottle, others do not.

What nicotine level are you using?
The bottle should list a milligram level, usually marked as "MG" or "X.X%"

The first time no but the second time yes...
And there is your answer. You burnt your coil right off. You need to replace your coil and apply your eliquid to the inside of the coil and the two openings of your coil Before you fill your tank and put it all back together. Let it set a few minutes and then turn your wattage down before you fire it again.

With the .5 coil, 18mg nicotine is possibly going to make you nic sick...

If you are talking about using the same coil then you burned the coil and it is non recoverable once you burn the cotton wicking in it. And 18 mg nic is way too high for a subtank. It will vape very harsh. 18 mg is fine in a cigalike device or in a small low wattage tank.
6 mg is about as high as most go in a subtank.

18MG is fairly high for a sub-ohm tank. As people have said you've either burnt the coil, or the Nicotine level is far too high. 18MG for someone who smoked a hookah occasionally seems way too high to me.

Try replacing the coil, but be sure to prime it, fill your tank, and let it sit for 20-30 minutes before taking your first puff.

If you continue to get the burning sensation, I would purchase a much lower MG juice.

that's your problem right there, 18mg is to high for the .5 coils, use the 1.2ohm coil and try it at about 19 watts, don't forget to put a few drops of juice on the coil before installing it.
