IJOY GENIE PD270 HELP

I've got the Ijoy Genie PD270 kit with the captain tank and I can't find a plausible reason as to why my wattage won't go up, every time I try pushing the wattage up to 70 it automatically goes straight back down to the lowest wattage which is five I can't understand why this is happening as it's in good condition as I've only had it a month any help?

You don't give enough info to even guess a response.
Are you in a TC mode?
batteries charged & installed correctly?
Is the head seated firmly & completely?
Have you tried another head?
Does it do the same thing with other delivery devices?
What is it reading the resistance of the head as?
Is the 510 connection points clean shiny & dry?

Could contact:
local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

If you press the firing button three times to go into the menu system.
The power up and down are used to navigate the menu.
You should be able to tell if the down button is stuck in as it will affect the menu navigation.

Best I could think of, if it isn't the button then at least you know to look elsewhere.
