Hello, I have a Captain Pd270 with firmware 1.3 and would like to update it because the ohm numbers are not displayed correctly. It displays ~0.07-0.1 incorrectly. I can't find anything on the internet and the IJOY site doesn't work properly either. I was able to find the IJOY Updater

Edit: I opened the archive and confirmed it's for your mod. Be careful; Instructions specify there are 2 firmware files, and the one you should use is dependent on which one is currently installed, otherwise the screen can malfunction.
FWIW, personally I wouldn't bother. not worth the risk of bricking the device to maybe fix a minor display error (to me).
