Ijoy capo 100 error

i have this ijoy its not new and when i try to charge it, it gives me a screen with 2 batteries and the left battery has an x in it and the right has a check ..... i dont know how to fix it

Have you tried putting a Different Battery in for the one that has an "X" on it?

If you do, and you get a "Check", chances are there is Something wrong with the Battery or the Contacts.

If you do, and you get an "X", chances are there is Something wrong with the mod.
