I have placed several orders over the past year with Element vape and the packages always arrived quite quickly. However, I placed an order with them on July 30th and the package has yet to arrive. I don't know what carrier they are using and can't track my order (on a different site, someone said they use xdelivery, but that site didn't recognize my tracking number). When I click on "track package" in the email they sent me on August 1st, the latest update I have gotten has been:" August 3rd. Order has been received at the fulfillment gateway and is being processed" and to the right of that, it says "Westcoast Gateway" (whatever that means). There are no further updates after that. I googled this issue and there were countless posts of people saying their package was lost or it took a month for it to arrive. Everyone also said that when they try to contact Element vape, they get an automated response that doesn't assist them. I really want my order, but I will never use Element vape again. If anyone could shed some light on what may be going on, I'd love to hear it.

Blame congress for forbidding the USPS from handling vape shipments and UPS & FedEx for choosing to not handle vape shipments (possibly under gov't pressure), not ElementVape.

You have to feel sorry for vape suppliers. All the changes in regulations they have to deal with. Random covid lockdowns in China. Shipping problems. Changes in what customers are buying. And they have to keep coming up with new gear to get people's attention. Knowing that the market could completely shut down without notice. Glad I'm not in that business.

Vote wisely.
Some stats from the last presidential election year, 2020:

Nearly $90 million in lobbying money spent by Big Pharma at the federal level.
More than 2/3 of congress-people received money from Pharma ahead of the elections.
Pfizer alone wrote checks to 1048 candidates for state legislatures.
Plus, legislators from around the country own tens of millions of shares in Pharma stocks.

And the Fourth Estate? $6.56 billion spent by the Pharma industry on advertising (2020).

Big Tobacco: $10.5 million+ spent on overall lobbying by Altria, PMI, & BAT combined so far in 2022.

I am absolutely not a fan of element vape because of one of my very first experiences with them where they literally could not count that 28 days is less than 30 even after I sent them a calendar marking down the days like they were kindergarteners. They still argued that it was past the 30 day warranty. And then they tried to say that because I had contacted them on the 28th day but they didn't get back to me until the 31st day I was past the warranty because they waited 3 days to contact me. So I am not a fan of them however this is a issue with the government not allowing the USPS to handle vape mail and some independent companies deciding to jump in that ring voluntarily

I usually get customer service responses same day (depending on weekday, when they are open).

I have had no problems with warranty issues, including a liquid (which they don't warranty).

My shipments are delivered within 2 business days (usually), because I am on the West Coast.

I have tried two other vendors, and they were terrible.

There are about 3 reliable vendors out there, then there is China (where shipping is really slow). I forget the name of the other two vendors, but finding a reliable vendor closer to you might be the ticket.

PS, I use Pudo point because I live in secure building. One warranty item, coils, was shipped directly to my house using USPS. I have a shipment waiting at the Pudo point now (since two Mondays ago).

The tracking number issue will depend on the shipper used. Mine is reliable, because on West Coast, they use the same shipper.

PPS. Everyone will have a different experience depending on geography, supplies and suppliers, etc. Fnd one where you get the best service, then think price (I started with price first, and it was disaster, even with Pudo Point).

I placed an order with Element Vapes on August 16 (I live in NJ). Just got it today. Two things I wasn't crazy about:
1. The email sending me my confirmation was being sent as spam (Gmail would not verify the email as being sent to Element Vapes).
2. The actual tracking route was seriously inaccurate/ The dates and times were off by days as far as tracking, and the last order said my package was "sent out for delivery" for 3 days.
At the same time, I placed an order from another vape company on the same day (August 16). That one took just three days to get to me.

I will probably look for my supplies with other companies closer to where I live. There are quite a few places I can go to, but Element Vapes does have certain things that I can't find locally.

I do feel kind of bad for places like Element Vapes. Before these mail protocols were enacted, getting an order sent was no problem. I guess you would have to be looking for an order to get sent would be 2 -3 weeks these days.

Had same experience, even worse (dude got out of car, walked to door, couldn't get in, walked away, luck I was outside and caught him, tried giving delivery instructions many times) for a supplier in FL (I am WA state). I will never use them, nor their affiliate Direct Vapor, again.

Tis why, if ordering in US, recommend more closer than opposite coast.

Not sue what Element Vapes uses during part of their delivery process. The other thing, as I'm sure someone else mentioned--even if you're patient, those delivery fees (seriously? A fee charged for signing for your package?) will kill any chance of me getting future orders placed. Best advice may be to place orders from online sites closer to you. I found several that deliver, in a much more timely fashion.
