I purchased a bottle from a local vape store last week(3mg nic, normally vape 6-12), brought it home and had 6-7 vapes with a dripper before setting it down, at which point I started to get very lightheaded, almost a vertigo-ish type feeling. Haven't touched it since.

The flavor was great, but after some searching, I found that this stuff originally contained TiO2. Further searching turned up several posts talking about diketones. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have purchased, but I'm wondering what the word on the "street" is...are any of you guys or your friends vaping this stuff?

Have they cleaned up their act? Should I toss it or give it another chance?

I can't speak to it's safety but I vape tons of it in fact had 3ml session this morning. I've chained vaped unicorn milk for a couple hours from a tank and never felt sick or anything 12mg.

I too was hesitant after I bought a bottle awhile back and read about the previous versions but perhaps I threw caution to the wind :(. I love the stuff it's my favorite but if it makes you ill id stop

Ps supposedly they "cleaned up their act" the harmful batch you are referring to was a milky color

If it's clear/amber in color, that is their current juice which is without the food coloring which made it look milky before.

Diketones can be found in flavors that are creamy in flavor that many vendors use.

Unicorn's Milk is a great flavor. Hell, I have a 100 ml bottle of the stuff. But my reasons for not buying another one will be due to price and other similarly or just as good flavored juice once I get some samples/small bottles in.

The fuss was that the milky color wasn't from food coloring but from TiO2 as OP stated...at least that's the rumor (but this is old hat as many will say)

But to restate the new formula is delicious

The symptoms of the OP sound like nic overdose. Perhaps mislabeled?

I was thinking along these lines too, only not so much mislabeled, but mixed incorrectly which resulted in a toxic concentration. I have a long term relationship with nic and never experienced anything to this effect.

Unfortunately I don't have a nic titration kit handy or I would love to test it. The levels would need to be extremely high for my body to respond like that, but it's certainly in the realm of possibilities.

You're right my bad. I stay away from colored liquid but my local BM sells bright red and green liquid is that something to be worried about?

I'm really the wrong person to ask, so hopefully an expert or someone who can provide some insight with verifiable sources can chime in.

I will share though, as you already know, vaping already comes with risks. I cannot tell anyone whether something is to be worried about and what the risk level is. I've only been vaping for 3 years, so I've read about certain instances like Unicorn's Milk with food coloring containing TiO2, diacetyl and popcorn lung, diketones, ceramic wicks, sketchy insulators, etc which are or might be bad for you. Devices and juice delivery systems have come a long way and are rapidly progressing. The research behind the benefits or dangers in terms of how it affects one's health though is not moving as quickly as these are long term studies. So what can we do for some piece of mind? Well, if you're not comfortable vaping something or if the vendor doesn't share what's in the juice or what a juice delivery system is made of, then I'd avoid it.
