I really don't think I'm crazy.... waxy chunks?

So, the last few months I keep finding waxy chunks in my drip tips. Oddly enough, it almost looks like tobacco chunks, which i thought it might have been when I first started vaping. It's a darkish color, although sometimes its white/clear. I really thought it was crap getting inside the drip tip for the longest time. I kept cleaning them regularly, and avoiding putting my pv in a bag/ pocket, but I kept finding them. I recently bought a few of the Kanger T3's, which have an even wider opening around the drip tips, which means more space to see the crap that's in there....

So I've read it's "mouth gunk" but it's all INSIDE and I keep the outside wiped down/as clean as possible. And wipe out the inside fairly regularly. What makes it worse is the fact that when I'm taking a hit sometimes, I feel a chunk hit the back the back of my throat (which may just be me being crazy..... ) but when i do, I end up feeling like I've got crap stuck in my throat all day.

I can't tell if I'm insane, because most people don't seem to have this issue. And the weird throaty issue (feeling like my pv is launching things at the back of my throat) is starting to make it feel like there's constantly crap in throat. The last two days it felt like a ball of phlegm, which I thought was a completely unrelated sinus/allergy issue, possibly?

I'm really not sure. Anyone else experience this?

You need to clean your drip tips more often thats dead skin from your lips mixed with residual e-juice.

its combination of things,but the higher the VG levels the worse that coating inside your drip tip will be

vape 100% VG for a week and it will be brown inside the tip...don't ask

I'm cleaning the insides daily and the outside every few hours. I get most of my juice premixed, but to know knowledge they use mostly PG if not 100%. What's really making me insane is the throat part of it... I hate the feeling of sucking something out of it/ it being stuck in my throat (even though I'm sure there's nothing in my throat. .)

I don't feel like I'm not keeping it clean enough. It really seems like gunk coming off the coils to me, almost, but I'm really not sure.

you'd have to sucking incredibly hard to accomplish that !! maybe try nice and mellow pulls ???

get some denture tablets, and throw them in, and let them soak for a while, also works great for heads/attys, etc...

be careful with that !! denture tablets create an acid that will dissolve chrome

Never had this issue even when vaping with 100% VG, but I would recommend you clean the internals of clearos (use q-tip for those hard to reach places) between fills and dry burn to remove gunk buildups on the coil. If this does not remedy the situation then I would stuff a piece of cotton/polyfill inside the driptip or air tube/barrel (replace when necessary).
