After making a couple excellent flavours I thought I would try my hand at making a coffee vape. I used the calculator, started at 2% flavouring with some raspberry and sweetener. threw some in my atty, took a nice pull and proceeded to dry heave my brains out lol. I aint no quiet heaver too. The taste was a mix of cat pee, dirty sock, rotten something and something else totally gross.

After I settled down I took my atty blew it out, washed it, let it soak overnight in alcohol. I just hope the taste is gone. That was a nightmare. I think I could sell it in bulk to the hospitals to induce vomiting lol.

That's really funny that we made the same thing one day apart.

Someone in the other thread we posted in http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...fee-extra-clear-coffee-recommendations-2.html said you should only use 1% tops for this stuff, and it actually makes a good coffee.. I mixed at 8%, so I am going to try lowering the dosage to see if I can get something vapable.

Edit to add: Another guy yesterday on page 2 of this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/187135-i-made-cat-pee-blegh-2.html said he got a Cat Pee taste from a PA coffee flavor... If it's the Coffee Extra (Clear) like we used, maybe we got a bad batch.

I tried DIY coffee once...I couldn't get the smell out of my nose for 3 days...and I'm not kidding either. Smelled/tasted like burnt celery that had every animal on the planet pee on it. That is the nicest description of it that I can give. Nasty stuff!!! I tossed the atty in the trash. I couldn't get the stench out even with white vinegar and baking soda with a few drops of lemon.

Both Capellas Cappuccino and Espresso are surprisingly mild and good to me. I made both at 10%, and I like them a lot. I have some PA coffees on the way, so there might be cat pee in my future as well, but the capellas are very nice indeed, as is the kahlua. None are like black coffee though. Much milder and sweeter.

LOL... sorry.

I did the same on my first trials with tobacco flavoring.
Thought I would add a subtle undertone of caramel cappucino with a single drop to a 3ml test bottle.
Boy was I wrong.
Damn if that coffee flavor didn't kick in the door and machine-gun massacre every other flavor in the mix.
Almost tossed it, but thank God I have more than a few guinea pigs to pawn off my test batches on. ;)
