Hate, hate, hate these things!
I've been a diehard dual 18650 mod vaper for over ten years and have spent a fortune on mods and new coil heads.
While visiting my local vape shop to pick up a new batch of those super expensive heads I noticed there were hardly any new mods in their showcase, where once they were jam packed with every new model to hit the market.
I asked the clerk why and he replied they couldn't hardly sell them now and almost everyone was buying the disposables.
He had an elfbar in his hand and said that this was their bestselling brand.
Finally he talked me into purchasing three different varieties of the strawberry elfbars.
Now - the part that has led me to despise these things:
I own more than a dozen or so of these today and they're usually all lined up on the coffee table.
One bump of the table and these little rascals turn into a table full of dominoes
I cringe every time I hit one and watch the entire line fall one by one - lol
From the very first hit on the first ones I bought I knew I'd finally found the flavors and throat hit I'd been chasing endlessly for years.
THESE REALLY ARE THE BEST VAPE I'VE EVER HAD BY FAR EVER EVER EVER !!!!!!!!
I now just have learned to let them lay sideways and reach down and pick up whatever delicious flavor I decide to hit on
So tongue in cheek, that is the ONLY thing I hate about these priceless little jewels, that have the BEST flavors I've ever found

Another note:
DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR EMPTIES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are easily refillable with a comparable nic salt juice.
I've bought numerous new juices and tried my best to replicate the elfbar flavors.
Some have come close, others not so much.
Once the elfbar starts to filling a little "light" to me or at the FIRST sign of diminished or burnt flavor - STOP!
The head is easily removed by wiggling it back and forth until you finally get it to pop off.
Be careful not to lose the little rubber cap that sits on top of the clear plastic container that holds your juice pad.
I use a pair of tweezers to slide the entire juice pad out, you'll usually see exactly how much juice is left.
If there is not a dark brown coloration around the wick area I'll go ahead and take the juice/s I've purchased and saturate the pad and it's ready to go again.
If there is any very dark discoloration on the pad around the wick or I've gotten a hit with a burnt taste, don't worry....That is fixable as well.
After years and years of making my own coils and wicks I went back to some of my old tricks
First, remove that pad and give it a very thorough rinse and squeeze, rinse and squeeze until ALL old juice is gone.
After that I'll set it in a sunlit window sill or a furnace vent on my floor to dry.
Next, the bottom will come off as well. It just takes a semi sharp kitchen knife or something along that line to get it started working apart.
Once it comes off, the entire plastic juice pad and battery will easily slide out of the metal case.
Check the bottom of the clear plastic juice pad, you'll see another rubber pad with a small green circuit board and two wires coming off of it.
Take your tweezers and carefully pull off the rubber end cap, this will expose the wick.
Side note - I've noticed they've changed wick style many times in the last few months. Most all are recoverable.
The best way I've found is to pour a capful of pure grain alcohol and submerge just the wick in it. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET THE CIRCUIT BOARD WET!
After an overnight soak chances are pretty good you're going to find a new snow white wick in the morning and some possible residue/buildup that the alcohol has eaten away from the metal in the wick.
Pull the wick out and give it a good soak under a slow stream of faucet water. AGAIN, TAKE EXTRA CARE NOT TO GET ANY ON THE CIRCUIT BOARD.
Once it's rinsed out good I take a paper towel or napkin and gently squeeze the moisture out of the wick.
Now take your juice and give both sides of the cleaned wick a good soaking.
Another thing I've noticed is that some of the juice pads have a insulative tube in the center air flow hole, some don't.
If yours does make certain you don't lose it when you first pull the pad out.
You may need to slide a tooth pick or something similar inside the pad to see if one is still up inside.
If there is one now is the time to slide it down on the cleaned wick.
Slowly slide it down to where it's starting to touch the wick material and give the tube a slight twist to make sure the wick is wound perfectly around it's stand.
I've used a toothpick to assist in getting this just right. If you don't you'll notice a diminished air flow once everything is back together and you'll have to take everything apart again to get it fixed so take extra care here.
Then I'll take my juice and completely saturate the tube,
Now you can slip the bottom rubber cap back up into the clear juice case. Make sure to push the rubber cap on completely.
At this point you'll want to slip everything back up into the metal case and make sure it's seated properly.
Next I'll take the clean and dried snow white juice pad and hold it with my tweezers and squirt juice all over the pad until it's fully saturated.
Once it's loaded with new juice carefully slide it down inside the plastic container and you may feel a slight resistance when it meets that insulative tube.
Push it on down until it's completely inside the plastic case.
Take the rubber top cap and make sure you line up the little nipple down into the airflow hole.
Seat it firmly and then take your top mouthpiece and make sure the mouthpiece is lined up over the airflow hole and seat it back down firmly.
BRAND NEW ELFBAR THAT SHOULD BE JUST LIKE NEW!!!!!
I've have several here that I've used this method on for months. IT WORKS !!!
For you lucky UK users, I've noticed that ELFBAR is now selling just their juice(ELFLIQ) in limited flavors, but only there in the UK.
I've contacted them directly and asked when their juice would be available in the US and they did reply that they're going through the red tape to get it here.
Until then, if any users have found a juice that matches the quality of the elfbar please do let me know.
The strawberry ice cream flavor in the elfbar TE5000 is one that I'm desperately trying to replicate.
If anyone can help out here, I'll gladly trade my firstborn child for a case of it

Take care and enjoy!!!
