Try gently inserting a round toothpick into the center hole (gently!!!) and then fill your carto until you get a little bit coming out the bottom. That will keep juice from just running down the hole and out the bottom.

Your always going to get a few drops come out the bottom. Just a fact of life. Once all the juice has soaked into the carto, lay the carto on its side and turn it a little every five minutes for about 20 minutes.

Using a paper towel near the threaded end, gently but firmly blow out the excess juice a few times. Clean off the bottom.

You'll be all set.

I have an I-go and an Echo. Two different carts though one doesn't fit on the other. I fill them using a syringe. I found that much easier and less messy. Yes the I-go will have juice come out the bottom when filled. Texas gave the best procedure. The echo carts do not leak at all. I found with both that if I fill them at nite and leave them standing up overnite they steep the juice. The next day I roll them in my hand to spread the juice around then I just lay them in my box until I am ready to use them. It does sound like you might be getting some of your juice down the center hole and the toothpick thing sounds like a good idea. Good luck.

There's a gogo thread floating around that shows how to clean the carts, you can use the same method for the IGO carts. That said, I find that if it's leaking while I fill, then I'll get a straw or something and push down on the filler a bit GENTLY then it seems to fix it. If that doesn't work can always take them apart and clean them then toss em back together, I've been rotating 2 carts for the last month, and just recently added 3 more, all of which still work fine

I gave up on my Igo cartridges........just pcs of junk. No matter how I filled, they leaked lots of juice. Cost me so much in juice, I don't even use any of it any more. $70 wasted!

Do any of the new large Boge-type cartomizers work with the IGo? Maybe that's my best alternative. I don't like the IGo cartomizers at all. The first one I used worked great - but it was downhill from there. I don't think the battery is the problem because it definitely works, but the cartos are the pits.
