Hi,

I am looking for quality eliquid but I don't like candy taste etc... guess I am not fan of sweet.. especially in the morning !

so, I am looking at all the Canadian vendors you guys mentioned on this website and of course
I am looking only at the one they say the amount of PG VG and the quality of it...

from what I understood they have to say:

'' USP grade " and None contain Diacetyl, Acetoin, or Acetyl Propionyl. '' right ?

so what do you think

- not sweet taste
- Canadian vendor
- good quality

Thank you !

The question becomes 'What is it you are finding sweet?' By their very chemical nature both PG and VG will have some sweet flavor to them even without flavor additives. Do you find Bulls Eye BBQ sauce sweet? If so I really have no idea of what to suggest other than overpowering the sweet flavor of the e-liquid base.

What type of flavors do you prefer? Fruit is going to be sweet, deserts you may as well forget about, and lot's of tobacco flavors also have a sweet component to them.

I am not a vendor but do alter the juices I buy.

Thanks Wolffy for taking the time to answer me

I've tried candies and fruits... and I don't like them so much
I do like RY4 but I feel like there must be something else out there ;0)

I guess i'm just gonna keep looking. try samples

I am thinking about making my own... there must be a lot of video to show how... that could be fun !

If you are going the DIY route Youtube is your friend BUT don't take the first vid you watch as gospel. I'd watch at least 5 vids by different people because some DIY types are... well, just hacks that want to be viewed as experts. If you are going to inhale it make sure you make your product as safe as possible. Cutting corners to save a few cents could have some serious consequences.

Avoid flavors that have oil as part of their list of ingredients because oil just doesn't belong in your lungs AT ALL!

Hmm.. most non-sweet juices I've tried end up being Tobacco based flavors and Menthol based flavors. Everything else I've tried, even if it's not fruit, has some sort of sweetness to it. Here are some suggestions on Jugheads website, I have not tried them, but according to the description they do not look sweet.

Original JS3 McKo0ol Menthol Tobac Plus | Jugheads

Original ScrewLoose KrewJuice Tobac | Jugheads

VG S.Shooter Traditional Tobac | Jugheads

VG 555 + 5 = :D K-ish… | Jugheads

I have personally tried the below flavor. No sweetness to it at all. Pure Menthol flavor with a hint of floral tobacco flavor.

VG TN Menthol Tobac | Jugheads

What brands have you tried? If you like the flavour and just not the sweetness of them, I would purchase a non-flavoured tobacco juice and add a few drops of your fruit flavours to it.

Perhaps you could try placing your PV to the side of your lips/mouth (not the center) when vaping as you could have overly sensitive taste bud receptors for sweetness.

If you are looking for a tobacco flavour they are all going to seem sweet compared to a burning dry tobacco leaf, but Jugheads has fog star, organic tobacco, and wild honey badger which have a dry flavour to offset some of the sweetness that is inherent with vaping.

They also all fall under your rules stated above.
