i bought some sicine cases for my vtc minis from fasttech, one is patterned, and it fits just right, and it's surprisingly smooth and not sticky!
You can get in and out of you pocket with ease! Amazing! I hate these cases for sticking to my pockets!
Sadly the black ones are really tight! It's a struggle to get them on... And getting them off... Well it requires privacy to curse them! I actually even scrapped up the finish because they gab the bath door and slide it down! Bad news!
The last silicone cases I got were different, very thick and fit well, and after a few weeks they stretch way out to the point of being useless! That's not happening to these!
I've been over stuffing them with newspaper and wrapping them in a heating pad, manually stretching them, wiping them down with ejuice...all the things that stretched my other cases... For over a week now, And they're maybe just a tiny bit more loose but no easier to remove than ever!
Is there anything I can apply to them to get them to loosen up?
Any tips or tricks... It's driving me nuts!
I've read online numerous ways to tighten them back up, as that's a common problem, but I have to swap batts a couple times a day and it's not worth putting the case on its so hard to remove!
Thanks!

I've found it needs to heat up equally first time I tried it I did one side only and the outer side cracked might have just been rubbish quality but the chuck it in a saucepan of hot water has worked the last five times I've done it. Seems to be quite a wide range of quality even amongst skins from same maker for same mod never seems to be equal.

That's your solution right there. If the ones that fit good stretched out to the point of being useless then that will happen to these new ones also.

Totally different case, the old ones were thick, very tacky(sticky) and for an istick 100w that I don't have. These are entirely different!
They're for a vtc mini, much thinner and an totally different feeling material, still somewhat tacky but much smother and harder.
I'm sure that in time they will indeed loosen up some, but that's assuming I can use them!
They're literally so tight it takes several minutes to put them on, and even longer and MUCH more of a struggle to remove them!
The overall design is very different as well, the old one only had a tiny hole for the screen, and the mod was much larger, these have a much larger screen cutout and the mod is much smaller. It's totally comparing apples to oranges in basically every sense!

I figured that cooking them on my heating pad would be enough, especially with them over stuffed with paper... Mind you, my wife turns the heating pad to low and it she can't take it.. I sit on it with it on high and it burns me but eases other more crippling pain, I've been putting them under it with them over stuffed while I sit on it... They get very flimsy from the heat but little or no permanent change...I'll try some of the other suggestions, I'd not considered getting them hot and then quickly chilling than, I like that idea. I might resort to a pan of hot water... They were really cheap... But so am I, I'd hate to ruin then... I think the microwave might do just that!
I suspect that my old ones reacted to ejuice, and relaxed as they absorbed it, maybe they were just stretching out from use, I'm not sure... They're useless as is, which really sucks! I get pretty .... about chipping the finish on my mods, I even use a custom cut price of thin stuff plastic under each attie to prevent scratches to the top of my mods, but daily use is enough to rough them up to the point it bugs me...not sure why... Everything else I own is old, trashed, worn and beat up... But I try to take care of my stuff, especially new stuff. Once it's all best up I don't care so much...
Thanks for the tips!
I'm really hoping I can make them usable, I'd really hoped that ejuice, best and stretching them would do it, or applying something to them like vasoline, oil or alcohol... I might try those anyway just to see...

a light dusting on the inside of baby powder...might help
Yea, I've considered doing this, I'm 100% it'll help, the inside of the case in question is quick tacky and sticks to the mod, I'm sure if it were a less sticky texture it would slide on and off easier and not grip the mod so much... But then I'd have baby powder mess on my mod... I realize you mean to use just a little and get all the extra off, but I still tend to think it'll be messy, especially once so juice gets added to the equation... I might still give it a shot and see how it goes, but half the point of me using these stupid silicones is to prevent fine powdery dust from finding its way into the nooks and crannies of my device. Once it's in there, sometimes there's no getting it out! Talcum powder mixed with water can setup into some pretty hard to deal with, concrete like stuff!

I still worry about the potential for mess... I wonder if dryer lint might do the same and be less messy... Probably the opposite...
I have 2 identical cases, maybe I'll try one for each...
One of the vtc minis is black... It just seems like it would look awful on it, but the case would cover it.
I was really hoping to permanently stretch the cases but I guess if they're still tacky inside they might be no easier to put on and off, but might work their way off easier...
I'll go douse one with talcum and the other I'll try to get dryer lint to stick to and see how it goes...

Thanks for the suggestions folks!

Well the baby powder sure worked... Maybe too well!
Have to keep wiping it out of the case and off the mod...eventually I'll get enough out and hopefully it'll still be slick enough to still work.
It was pretty messy at first but after some cleaning, smacking the cases around to get the extra out and wiping the mod down every time I take the mod out things are staying a lite more clean and the mod slip in and out nice n easy!
