How to spot a skeleton key clone

This is an educational post this recent skeleton key is a EHpro clone and dam well made one it had my self and the seller fooled after some conversations with the maker of skeleton key and exchange of pictures it was confirmed a clone and I was educated on how to tell a clone so I hope this helps and it's is in the Castle what you need to do is take a picture of the castle and zoom in I will now post the original one that skeleton key maker gave me to compare them to spot out a clone before I by the next here you go hope it helps

How did you even find out it was a clone? I would of never guessed to look with a magnifying glass or anything. Etching looks perfect to the naked eye.

He contacted the manufacturer of the authentic Skeleton Key mod to find and verify the serial number.

No box no CoA was going to swap for a CB so I wanted to make 100% is was the real deal so I sent pics to the mod maker to see

I cud of just swapped and hopped it was good but that not how I roll I got ahold of Dave from pie hole on this mod

To see if it was really his and not "hot" and he verified that it was his and legit mod named the dude I got it off even so now I own a non ss# custom one and o think that's cool

Yes at the end of the day it's a well made mod it vapes like any other ss tube threads are so smooth because of this clone I'm. Going to be buying some clones I really always was under the impression thy was just cheep unsafe knock offs I have my "collectible items" I wanted now out side of a real key and a CB

On other side note there is no ss# on the key so let's say I had a real key and a clone key all I would have to do is put the clone in the box and sell and who would ever question it it's really a poor design buy the makers of the skeleton key not to have matching SS# on the mod and the CoA
