Vuse is i think Philip Morris and is like twice as expensive as non-cigarette company disposable stuff. (no one outside the USA would even do it so they don’t bother) If it’s what he vapes it’s what he vapes though. My memory is that Mexico doesn’t have hardcore disposable legislation (turns out I was wrong there) so just shipping it fedex or something should probably work. just looked it up:

“E-cigarettes are banned in Mexico, but some retailers may sell them:
  • Importation
In 2021, Mexico banned the importation of e-cigarettes and related products. Trying to bring e-cigarettes into Mexico can result in seizure, fines of up to $3,000, or detention.
  • Sale
Some retailers may sell e-cigarettes, but it's unclear which stores are permitted and which are not. There is also little assurance that what you buy will be safe.
  • Use
A law passed in 2023 bans smoking in all public places, including resorts, hotels, beaches, restaurants, and parks.
Mexico's government has taken action to ban e-cigarettes for a number of reasons, including:

  • The health risks posed by e-cigarettes

  • The threat e-cigarettes pose to young people

  • The need to protect the health of the Mexican people
The Mexican government has also taken other steps to reduce smoking, including:
  • Amending the tobacco reform law to ban tobacco advertising and regulate 100% smoke-free areas”
I don’t know if fedex will work or not then. Such rules are generally designed to force people to smoke cigarettes and do the opposite of their claimed intention. That “it is not clear” likely means there is extra legal stuff involved like bribery. Theyre probably checked by X-ray, so putting it inside something innocuous and metal may work. Also not shipping a lot of them also lowers chances.

The easiest method it looks like is for your boyfriend to buy something non-vuse from a local kiosk and keep it hidden.

It's easy to mail things to Mexico. They don't watch as carefully as they do stuff coming from Mexico. I would not send a thousand of them. lol If you are sending electronics don't tell the shipper you're sending clay pots.

From my experience importing herbs (lol not cannabis, or .......). Customs just takes your item. They don't allow the strangest things from time to time. I have had it happen only once. I just lost my money. I don't know how high vapes are on the Mexican government's hit list.

If you want to do it, you take the risk. I certainly would not ask others to do it. Especially if its a ton of them.

Hope you're not here looking for a mule.
