How safe is it to order from HealthCabin?

Here's my experience with HC: I received my first order from Health Cabin today. I placed an order on 2/13 with the understanding that it would not ship until about 2/22 due to the Chinese New Year holiday. I went to their website and opened an account, placed an order and paid with Paypal. Later that day I thought I would go back the website find my order and print a copy.

After logging back in to my account, I could not find my order! No record of it,now what do I do? I had paid and no record of my order. I started getting a little nervous, I sent an email to HC the next day AMY replied to me that she could not find a record of my order and asked me to send her my Paypal transaction#. The next day she contacted me to say she found my Paypal payment but no order, she had me send her a list of the items I ordered.
The next day she replied that she had received my order That I emailed her and that she would ship right after the holiday (2/22). On 2/22 Amy emailed me a tracking# and I received my order today (3/1).
All I can say is Amy was GREAT at keeping me updated and responding to my emails, which really kept me from panicking,as this was my first time ordering from China. After this experience I will order from HC again. AMY is very good, and does not leave you hanging!

I have placed 2 orders with HC so far, and am waiting on the 3rd order to arrive, after the holiday delay. So far, besides having to wait a little over a week, I have not had any problems with them. They have sent exactly what I ordered, and even wrapped it in about a mile of bubble wrap to keep it safe in transit. If you don't mind the wait, I would say they are safe to order from. I am expecting my latest order any day now ( I hope) the only problem I have had at all is the post man not ringing my doorbell so I can sign for it, and ending up at the post office (both times) to pick it up, but that is not a problem from HC that was the postman who made me get up and go stand in long lines. I was home both times it happened, so I don't know why they didn't ring the bell. That is beside the point though. I have not ordered any juice from HC just parts, which have all functioned well. I hope that helps.

Because that would mean they would have to get out of their truck??? Just a guess but it happens to me all the time, even for a letter.

A box at a UPS store might be a thought so they can sign for it. My store even emails me when a package comes in but I buy a lot of computer parts online and can't afford waiting around for deliveries.

Well, in this case, that would not make sense because they leave a little slip in the mail box at my door that says they were there trying to deliver it, and that the package would be waiting at the post office after the next day. I hope the next time is different. I actually have a pretty friendly postman, he has to deliver tons of packages to me, I do most of my shopping, bargain hunting on line, and stay out of the over priced stores.

Back on topic... HC seems to be a good place to order from in my experience so far.

we are very sorry that we have been too busy to reply here as quickly as i did, because it took us a lot of time to clear a huge backlog resulted from a long holiday.

but we do definitely log in for a few times almost everyday and say hello to all of you. so just let us know when you get any problems with ordering from us. we love your post here. ;)

we will keep you posted of any update on Health Cabin here, too. :)
