I bought two different kinds of drip tips that work well and keep my mouth from getting hot. The first one is a metal tip called the stratosphere. It's extra long and thin, looks nice in place and works well. The second works well too its acrylic but looks like marble and it's stacked. That is what I do to keep it cool.

Delrin inserts between the atty and drip tip is my friend. I tried just the delrin drip tips but I didn't like the texture/feel for them. The inserts were my compromise. It was either those or stop chain vaping.

Do you have a link where to get delrin inserts? I'd be willing to give them a try.

After I take a big hit from my igo w4 my drip tip gets too hot so I have to use an acrylic swivel tip but I don't like the way it looks on my mod any suggestions?

Buy an insulator usually fasttech.com has the cheapest I recommend buying it with another drip tip because it's around the same price without it

I have some titanium drip tips from DV, they look great and they don't get hot when I chain vape:
DiscountVapers.com - Search Results for "titanium"
The above is a link to DV with the search query "titanium." If that happens to expire just go to Discountvapers.com and put titanium in the search box. Eric at DV is very active here on ECF, is reputable, and ships FAST.

Delrin is another option. I got a couple universals from Cherry Vape. By Universal they mean it will hold all your 510 drip tips, or you can use it alone as a short wide driptip. Unlike the above titanium tips, the universals will add another stack or layer to your drip tip solution. Which means they will show. Universals come in black and white. You can find them here:
Drip Tips | Universal |306 | 510 | Cherry Vape
There is also a mini universal:
Drip Tips | Universal |306 | 510 | Cherry Vape
And for alltime fun crazy cool vapes there is the king ming. Here is a link to just one of them (I have this one myself):
Cupid | King | Ming | Drip | Tip | E-Cigarettes | Cherry Vape | CherryVape.com

The other solutions advised - all delrin tips and using longer drip tips like the pipe tips are very good advice. You can also get glass drip tips which will usually have very good o-rings to protect the glass. This seems to provide an adequate level of insulation to prevent burnt lip syndrome.

Let us know what solution you end up choosing and how it works out!
