In today's review, we are having a look at the HotCig R233, one of HotCig's latest potentiometer based, variable voltage mods in the same theme as their popular R150 which was released last year. The HotCig R233 is essentially an overhaul of the original R150, with a different potentiometer, more worked on case and overhauled internals.
