Hi, what’s current?

I just joined; but I’ve read posts here for years. I’m now looking to find out if the diy flavoring brands have changed much. I’m looking for a good chocolate eliquid or a good flavoring to add to one. Also I used to vape a Turkish tobacco, but can’t find any now; or a Good RY4. Hope I’m posting in the right place, thanks!

Well, thank you for your input!
(TLDR—I know.)
I think it’s been over seven years since; but I managed to get a small amount of (what I believe was) fudge(?)brownie flavoring, and it smelled potent; but I steeped it for a long-long time, and it was spot-on chocolate brownie. It was dark as you’d imagine, so a coil-killer; but bangin’ chocolate flavor! I haven’t bought a chocolate flavoring concentrate yet, as I’m not sure which brands changed their formulations to prevent them from being vapable. For instance, I used to use Lorann’s banana (dram-sized type, because I believe their true concentrates were only in the Glass Drams); but I recently bought their banana, but it had yellow coloring. Yet, it was banana Cream; not straight banana. If you, or anyone else has insight on what the best unadulterated flavoring brands for a VG-oriented, “mad scientist” of e-liquid, your thoughts would be appreciated. I know we’re not going to make anything from real food stuffs—but there are relatively safe ways to get close. It wouldn’t take but a touch of the right…dare I say…chemical. If you read this far, you’re my people—in the crazy-GOOD sense. Lol. (Then, there are the flat-out-crazy…but those show themselves pretty quick.)
Happy Vaping this Christmas!(Or whatever you celebrate in December!)
Peace.

At risk of getting this thread sent to DIY subforum, TFA Double Chocolate Clear is a really tasty chocolate flavor. I've had great success with it. I do a cocoa puffs cereal flavor, complete with a milky finish, and it tastes like you would expect. Most commercially made chocolate vape juices don't taste like chocolate without tasting artificial or are just downright disappointing. There are probably a couple other chocolate flavorings that I've heard work out ok, I just haven't used them myself. TFA Double Chocolate Clear...use at 3 to 4 %
