How do you get the grams per ML to save to what u save it to every time I close the program or swap flavors I have to save it again

That is just the way the program works, it asks you that every time you close it, you don't have to re-save it every time, unless you made some changes.

Open the default or once you have your default set up go into tools and then select gram set.

Nic 1.0366
PG 1.038
VG 1.26
Flavor 1
Sorry I don't have water

Hit the OK button and save your default. It will be there each time you open your default and enter a new recipe.

So that it's here for posterity, below is the official Breaktru software post on saving gram weights.

http://breaktru.com/smf/index.php?topic=205.0
**GRAM WEIGHT**
When you first start up ejuice Me Up before entering a recipe, enter your gram weights that you measured out and click on: "File", "Save as Default". Keep the file name as "Default.dft".
This way each time you create a recipe the gram weights will be intact.

To make all the new base and nic weights stick you first have to save the new weights as default then redo all your recipes and resave them with the new default. Its a pain but as far as I know its the only way it can be done. I went into the breakthru program files and removed all the stock recipes I will never use and just have my own in there. Be sure to save a copy of the program folder since if you update the program you might loose all your recipes and the default weight setting. Just keep the .exe of the new updated file, delete everything else and put your saved program file back in minus the old .exe
