I have just purchased a innokin Prism T22 that i was trying to use on my Innokin Coolfire TC100 iSub V Battery and the tank came with no resistance information. I can't get the right settings on the battery and i keep getting a burning taste and a burn in my throat. Can anyone help me out on which settings to set the battery at to get the best out of this tank. If tried it at 12-14 watts that didnt help and at quite low temperatures nothing seems to help.

Thanks!

Hi JennW11. Welcome to the ECF.

I'm not that Familiar with the Hardware you are using. But I'm sure someone else will see you Thread who is. And can probably Help you.

A couple of General Questions though...

Did you Prime the Coil Head before using it?
What is the Nicotine mg/ml Level of the e-Liquid you used that Tastes Burnt? What is the PG/VG Ratio?
Are you running you Coolfire in Variable Wattage (VW) Mode?
Or are you running the Coolfire in Temperature Control (TC) Mode?

The T22 comes with 1.5Ω heads, to be used only in vv/vw/power mode, not in any temp control mode.
Prime new / unused head by dripping drops of liquid on wicking material until fully saturated. Fill tank, thread together let sit upright for a few minutes.
Start of at a low power setting like 8w - 9w, gradually increase power until you find the vape quality you like, if you get a dryish hit or a hint of burnt taste turn the power down.
After the wicking material is burnt (strong burnt taste) there is nothing you can do to fix it, prime a new head & start over, best to dump the liquid in tank too.
