So I build a milo dna mod with a different fire switch. However after looking at the front cover that came with my enclosure I'd really like to be able to use it instead of the acrylic. Problem is I want to be able to see the charge indicator LED and have it to look good too.

Ideas?

That's a cool looking mod. I have my parts on order but no tools yet. How did you cut the cover for the dna20 screen and the usb? Looks pro!

Wiley, did u finish your mod?

Congratz on your build, Wyley87. A piece of vaping heaven for sure.

Simply drill a 1/16" hole to the left of the usb hole in the front cover and the LED light will shine through when charging.

Similar to what I did with Stealthy... see the hole next to the usb cutout?

Didn't have to do a cutout for the usb - the 9v batt box comes with the cutout for the the on/off switch - just insert the usb in the hole instead of an on/off switch.

For the display, I use a template taped on the front of the case and do the cut first using the dremel and then straighten and square off the cutout with needle files.

Just wondering if you put anything to protect the screen from outside elements. I ordered the saddle off of shapeways. So I think that will help make it look nice and clean. Also another question. Is there any worry of solder points on the circuit board shorting anything?
