I am looking to buy a new vape and the Voopoo Drag 2 caught my attention, I only heard good things about it in reviews but I want some second opinions as well.

Anyone using it? Is it good? What coils should I get for it?

I've heard mainly good things, the only complaint I have heard is it can be a battery hog. I have to say I'd probably own one if it wasn't made by Voopoo. I take issues with their marketing tactics, although not necessarily their gear. This is one offering a lot of folks seem to like, though.

Hi SFH, and welcome to the forum. I have the Drag 2 and use it a lot. Right now I have an RDA on it, but also use several different sub ohm tanks on it. It does well with my Falcon King, Fireluke 2, and SKRR S. I also use my Gear RTA on it. It's a great easy to use mod that feels good in the hand and looks good. I would highly recommend it for a great first mod.

I won the drag 2 in a giveaway and have been using it since. I use it and a Smoant Cylon everyday and the Drag 2 is better with battery life. I can’t speak to the Drag 2 temperature control as I only use it in wattage mode. It does well in wattage and is a solid mod overall.
For what to put on top there is lots of choices. If you get the kit like I won it comes with the Uforce t2 tank. It’s a decent tank but I didn’t like the coils Voopoo makes. Luckily it takes freemax fireluke mesh coils and the NX2 coil is my favorite. I have a EHpro Raptor tank which is another solid choice for a topper. This tank also uses horizontech falcon coils so it’s got plenty of choices. Good luck on your search I hope it works out well.
