So I purchased two of these, and the first thing I noticed is that they really wedge the pod cartridge into the device. I had to pull really hard to get that thing out. Since this was the case with both devices, it was clearly something they screwed up on.
The pod is plastic and it's two parts glued together as one: half of it to hold the coil and the other half to hold the juice. Since I had to really yank on the pod, on two different occasions on both devices it came apart in the middle. Now of course, any juice I put it in leaks out immediately. Trying to super glue it back together didn't work because unless the glue was put on perfectly with none overlapping on the sides, I couldn't get it all the way down and the device couldn't recognize the atomizer. I asked the people at ecigmafia if they could send me a pod for free since the device is defective. I didn't hear back from them on that request. smok has been around for 14 years and they are still keeping it real--real ....ty. The only reason I've been getting smok devices is because it's easy to go into any vape shop and get a replacement coil. Besides Smok, are there any other companies that a reasonably priced and are often carried at local vape shops?
