i need help finding a vape for a good friend. Right now he uses the vuse Ciro and goes through 3 cartridges a day. They’re about 14.99 a pack now. Previously I gave him a vape of mine that had a tank style but it leaked and he wanted nothing to do with it. He has a weird liquid phobia. I want to find him a pod type system (not liquid) but will be affordable when he buys refills. Any suggestions?

Hmm. Vuse and Cirro are two different products. Both not great. The Vuse is a straight rip-off owned by a tobacco company. The Cirro is cheap (and might be nasty) supermarket junk, although in fairness, they are not a tobacco company and you can refill.
The liquid phobia is a problem. Using prefilled anything is absurdly costly and the companies (vaping or tobacco) are just filling their boots with the user's hard-earned money.
I use two pod systems, both refillable. My costs are pennies. I also vape on the medium and large hardware too.
Buying pods comes at a price, but that price is worth it not to be smoking, of course.
Basically, the rules of playing this game properly are.
Avoid the hyped rip-off brands. Nothing is worth spending £2,000 upwards a year on. That means Juul is an absolute no-no. Blu is a no-no because it's a tobacco company selling really basic 'tat' for mega money. Anything sold by Morrisons will be tobacco company money-printing products.
I would try to find the e-cig first and recommend Aspire or Joyetech.
There are pods filled with Element liquid... not a bad place to start
Honey Roasted Tobacco - 3-Pack Element NS20/NS10 E-Liquid Pods
If you go with the correct Aspire e-cig that takes prefilled pods and you have a supplier of pods who price match etc. etc then off you go!
Please ask if you have questions. Do not look at Logic either by the way. Just face-plant-worthy stuff.
