Gas Station Juice?

I'm curious about the quality of the juices you can buy at gas stations and smoke shops. My thought process is that a lot of people recommend "steeping" their juice in a cool dark place for a few days before using it. The juice they sell at gas stations is always on display in brightly lit cases.

The age of the juice at these places comes into play as well. I would think that the online vendors would make smaller batches for online purchase, thus keeping their inventory more current and most likely stored in proper conditions.

I just started vaping this week and haven't bought from any online vendors yet. I got a sample bottle with my starter kit and have purchased two bottles from gas stations. The flavor seems more muted in those two than in my sample bottle, but it could just be me.

What are your thoughts on this?

imo, the gas station is just a convenience store. its to grab things and go. you're not looking for quality there. 3 am, sunday morning, this may be the only place you can get juice. if you're looking for quality stuff, well, it won't be as convenient.

+1 So far the only things I see at the Gas stops is the throw away Blu ecig

We have no less than 7 gas stations in our small town now selling e-juice and supplies, one even sells Halo :) I've used some when I first started. One gas station sells a blueberry cheese cake and banana pudding that are so good I haven't found any online that come close, so I'll keep buying those 2 from them until I do. I think they serve a purpose people see it are curious and try it. I'm glad to see them here.

you wont have to worry too long about the quality of ejuice at a gas station thats why the FDA is gonna look out for us , im sure after their done the only place you will get ejuice will be from a gas station , so if you like your selections now , muted flavor , bottles left in the sun for days and weeks on end , no vendor name on bottle , and choice of regular or menthol , it will soon just be right around the corner for all to enjoy , just think in no time at all you will be trading two faded bottles of reg for a fresh bottle of menthol with friends in no time and hanging out on the corner waiting for word on the street of stations expecting new ejuice shippments will be golden :vapor:

:)Now wait a minute, are you talking about my misspent youth?

Ermahgerd.... that reminds me of White Mountain Coolers, Bartles and James, and California Coolers. Wow, the gallons of that crap we put away. Then there was the time in my misspent youth of doing 13 shots of Jager' and almost ended up in the ER. (Cringe) flashback over.

To the topic, I might try it if I didn't have another option. Otherwise, I try to stay stocked.

I would look for a vape shop or at least a decent head shop, if you don't want to order online or DIY.
It's like having a palette for fine wines, once you've had/know/enjoy good wines, the three dollar "oak leef Merlot" at walmart really doesn't do it for you.
Top shelf liquor versus well liquor.
I too would be concerned about off flavors from shipping methods, light exposure, and length of time its been sitting there. Not to mention the quality.
3am on sunday night does seem to be the ideal fit for gas station juice.
lol.

Not trying to be vape snob, but if you can get access to the good stuff for a buck or two more it is worth it!

Or Annie Greensprings... wasn't that apple?

My Circle K gas has Njoy and such for a while now and recently put signs at the pumps for Haus brand ego starters and juice. $7.99 but I haven't checked the size of the bottle. Someone posted pics from walmart with the same brand and $6.97 price.

I'm sooooo tempted to buy one just to see.
