Free Max disposable tank not working.

In order to fix this problem when it says error take the freemax device and twist it until both pieces come apart and then Bang the top piece upside down against the counter three times and then it'll work and then put the freemax piece together if you don't know the free MAX comes in two pieces you can twist it in half and it'll come apart like I said take it apart if you drop it and it says error and you don't want to have to buy another one twist it till it comes apart take the top turn upside down bang the part that you twist in upside down three times on the counter put the free MAX back together the Disposable one put it back in your machine and I guarantee it works. I'm using speak to text but if some of this doesn't make sense I'm sure you can figure it out even though the free MAX comes together in one piece it still comes apart into pieces.
