Eyelid twitching for what it's worth.

I started vaping with my husband in mid September of this year. It's a part of his stop smoking campaign, I'm just doing it because I like it. That same weekend my eyelid started twitching. Now, I have read on a bunch of forums that it's the nicotine. I have no nicotine in mine. I have read that the PG in the juice can cause muscle issues. I was wondering if any one else has had experience with this and, like me, does not use the nicotine. I can tell that if I lay off for a few days the twitching dies down, but even after a week it doesn't go away. It also get worse when I go back to vaping. I guess I could stop vaping, but I like making vape rings and it encourages my husband to keep using his - anything to get the smell of smoke out of the house.

Thanks,
Liz

Muscle twitching can also be a sign of potassium deficiency, try eating a banana. Always works for me, and I had eye twitches before vaping.

I was using a high PG content liquid and in the evening my lip would tingle and get numb. Quit vaping for an hour or so and it would go away only to return after a few more puffs. I switched to a 50/50 mix and never experienced that again.

Of course all this happened as I was coming off a 2 pack a day 40+ year habit so who the heck knows.....
