Eleaf Tessera unusable. Fire Hazard???

eleaf customer service won't reply, the store I bought it at wouldn't help. My eleaf tessera started acting crazy last week and then totally died yesterday after a couple of months of light use.

It was starting to flash the charging sign randomly and the screen would come on while it was just sitting on the desk unplugged. Then it started giving me a check USB warning when I'd fire it, and then it stopped working all together. won't charge, won't turn on. it's a brick.

I expect more from a $75 mod. I've been vaping for years, been through handfulls of mods and never had one stop working.

Lemons do pop up from time to time. I've had great luck with Eleaf mods. I no longer use mods with internal batteries, though...

May be I'm saying the obvious, have you tried to push the reset switch. It is a small hole at the bottom of the mod. You need a needle tho.

oh yeah, I've tried the reset switch too. it's borked.
