I was using my nautilus mini bvc, i have been using it for 5 days or so and it was working fine i unscrewed the bottom to refill juice then got that message, i tried different clearo's and they worked fine so im guessing it was that coil head? Any suggestions on what I should do in terms of do i need to clean or something?
Correct, however, it can also mean that the 510 connection on the istick is not making connection with the tank. Apparently this has been an issue with some istick owners. The "Atomizer Short" message indicates that the iStick read a resistance of less than 1 Ohm in the attached atomizer. This generally indicates a bad coil.

By any chance, did you check to see if the head/coil that was in it was tightened down before you changed it out?
Sometimes with clearos, the whole process of opening and filling up can work it loose.
