So I'm on my second Ego-C Twist and third charger, still can't get the damn thing to work.

I'm using:
- Ego-C Twist 1300 MAH battery
- Kanger Mini Protank 3
-

^^ Have both of these chargers, tried both, neither work.
- Apple usb wall adapter

I plug in the battery, the charger light turns red, and STAYS red. I've never seen it turn green with either my last battery or the new one I have now.

I've usually been able to just gauge how much it's been charged and take it off appropriately for use, but the battery life is absolutely pathetic. After long periods of charging I get maybe 30 mins of use before the 5 white blinks of death.

Now recently I just picked up a new Ego twist after my other just stopped firing. I got a few puffs out of the stock charge it had left, connected it to my charger setup and periodically I've tried to pull it off and fire, but everything is an instant 5 white blinks. Zero charge held.

I've tried both chargers, let them charge for long amounts of time with no change in results. Light stays red, immediate misfire when I try it and zero vape.

Please help guys, it's embarrassing how frustrated I am right now over lack of nicotine and spending money I don't have on products that don't work. :-x

do not use the apple charger with it... please. I would go back to the store, I know how frustrating it is.
The Apple charger shouldn't be a problem. It's just a wall wart, and any wall wart providing the required voltage and at the amps the device requires will be fine. And the Apple wall warts are rather good.

Did the center pin on the ego twist get pushed down and is maybe not making a good connection with the charger?

Battery will not charge or fire a coil if the center pin is too short. There must be physical contact of the center pin to complete the electrical connection. Preventive advice: Do not over-tighten tanks or charger on the battery which can push the center pin in.

And ...clean any gunked up eliquid out of both the charger and the battery.

With a wonky charger, I've had success plugging the charger in First then slowly engaging the battery and stopping when you have a charging light lit.

Both of these are excellent tries. The twist sometimes gets gunked up in the thread areas. On both the charging wire where it connects to the twist and the connection on the twist itself. Use a q-tip or what I used to do is use a toothpick and piece of paper towel. Get some rubbing alcohol and don't drown the connection but get the paper towel piece nice and wet.

If there is not a good connection, either from gunk or what Bad posted, the device will not charge.

Let us know how it goes. Good luck!
