I've had this charger for a little over a week now. It's a two Bay charger that claims to be able to charge two batteries at the same time at 1 amp. I don't know if this is normal or not but I noticed that one of the two charging Bays consistently takes on average 10 to 15 minutes longer than the other to charge my batteries. All three of the batteries I own are identical and I've tested it by rotating all of them through the charger in the different slots and making sure the batteries are completely drained when they start charging. I've also charged all of the batteries from completely dead individually in each slot and I found that this one slot definitely takes at very least 10 minutes longer to fully charge the batteries. It's kind of bugging me is this normal? There's no screen to monitor progress it's just an LED light that glows white when charging and then blue and finished

It's normal for multiple batteries not to finish at the same time. I would also guess that not all batteries are exactly the same in charge/discharge... I mean - when is a battery fully discharged? You might call a discharged battery 3.2v, no two or three of them are going to be exactly 3.2v, one might be 3.22 or 3.18 or whatever....who knows. Either way... an extra 10 minutes seems quite a good result i.m.o.
Personally, I would not be worried. Now... should that get to longer, then maybe start investigating.
