Ecig Battery That Can Limit Puffs

Hi there,

I have searched the Internet and the forum to find out if an ecig battery exists that will limit the usage. For example, the battery would auto shut off if it is used for more than 1 minute in every 15 minutes.

The reason is I find it extremely difficult to control how often I am vaping, I originally started vaping to quit smoking like most people, but I find I am vaping constantly, to the point where it is making breathing difficult when exercising. I even went back to smoking to quit the vaping as it was getting out of control.

Hope somebody knows of a battery that can do this.

Don't think you will find any battery or mod that does that. Just put it across the room or in another room so you have to get up and go get it to vape. Take a few hits then put it back.

I agree with Beamslider.

It's not unusual and is normal to vape more compared to smoking. Vaping is a little less efficient in delivering nicotine to the body than smoking.

Perhaps consider increasing your nic concentration in your e-liquid a step or two. You'll get your nic fix faster and it should last longer.

Buy a single cig-like. It has less than an hour vape time and takes awhile to recharge. And has less vapor overall.

I'd bet that just afew cigs are worse than continually vaping.

Increase the nicotine level of your juice and use low capacity tanks like Eleaf Melo III Mini at 2ml.

Then just pace yourself.

Hi and welcome. +1, increase the nic content of your juice and switch to a low capacity tank. You had the willpower to switch from cigs to vape. You can do this too.

thanks for your replies I leave my ecig in my car at work so I don't vape constantly and I do the same for home as well, so far this is working but I will increase the nic

There is a device called an emini which doesn’t exactly do that but the effect is similar. It’s a cigalike that comes with a pcc and little tiny batteries. They’re good for the equivalent of about 1 cigarette before they have to be recharged.

Increasing the nic should be step 1 though
