Could be a few things.

If you're using a coil that other juice has been through, it might be blending with residual leftovers from that juice and turning to a sour mess.

Could be a heavier PG content in this juice and you may be sensitive to it slightly.

Or it could be that you're acclimating to the flavor and getting mild vaper's tongue.

Try a fresh coil (if you haven't already) and see if this fixes it.

Also you didn't say what device or tank you are using and what wattage are you vaping at? You could of burnt your coil and be getting a burnt taste. If this is the case, put on a new coil and lower your wattage. Make sure you prime your coil good first, and higher vg juices will wick slower. You will need to wait longer between vapes or thin your juice out with a couple of drops of distilled water.

What flavor of eliquid are you using? The Evod 2 kit comes with a plastic tank, I believe. Certain flavors such as citrus and cinnamon, among others, are known as "tank crackers" and can damage plastic tanks.

My daughter found out the hard way about why I insisted on getting us a couple of glass tanks when we switched from cigalikes to the original Evod kits. She loaded some Wild Cherry (which was listed as a tank cracker on the site we purchased it from, but she did not notice) into her less than a week old Evod tank just before leaving work for home - 20 to 30 minute drive. By the time she got home, Wild Cherry eliquid was all over the place. We trashed that tank, and she found out that sometimes Mom really does know best.

The reactions of certain flavors with plastic tanks are not always as sudden and obvious. Sometimes the plastic breaks down over varying periods of time and you can see differences in the tank - etching, foggy looking plastic, etc.

New liquid was sweet when I first started vaping it and within a few hours it has started tasting bitter/sour. Am using the Kanger Evod2. Wondering if my draws are too long and maybe that is affecting the flavor. My draws are 4-5 seconds max. Thanks.

I've found the same thing happens to me sometimes, too. I agree with Cloudmann, that it may be mild vapor's tongue. I tend to switch flavors throughout the day, whihch helps. I've also found that drinking beverages with artificial sweetners while vaping seems to make the juice taste off for me.
