When are manufacturers going to realize that no one cares about a puff counter on their mod display or menu?
It's a very handy feature on a mod for anyone that wants to sell their mod, the person purchasing a second hand mod wants to know the amount of puffs the mod has had most of the time

A simple counter that records the number of times a button is pressed is pretty much a useless feature. A counter that records the duration of time would be nice. Most people would be surprised at how little actual vaping time is available from a typical 18650 battery... 20 minutes anyone ?
u can also know if someone used your vape device while it was unattended hahahahah
Yup!It's a very handy feature on a mod for anyone that wants to sell their mod, the person purchasing a second hand mod wants to know the amount of puffs the mod has had most of the time
Folks with DNA mods prefer to preserve the puff count for if/when they sell their mod. Low puff count = a mod that wasn't used much.I've heard that before but never understood the logic since puff counters can easily be reset.
My guess, self appointed. Was there some sort of election process where we ALL decided that you would speak for us?
FWIW, the puff counter can be zeroed out, but only via Escribe. If a user resets the puff counter Escribe will state that it has been reset.
Was someone trying to light it?I had a mod cross 100K puffs before being dropped in a bonfire.
