chefwin, I would highly recommend that you check into your local (Dubai & UAE) laws as part of your research.

My understanding (which may be limited due to the fact that I don't get a lot of current news from your region) is that the UAE has enacted very strict laws surrounding the possession, sale and use of tobacco products and I have seen reports that they treat Personal vaping Devices (a shame they are also called e-cigs, since that allows many people to claim that they are "guilty by association") as tobacco products and are enforcing the law with a policy of "vaping=smoking".

The members of this site and this community are very eager to help others on the subject of vaping, but it is up to each individual to comply with the law where they live. If it IS illegal in Dubai (I am not 100% certain, but I suspect that it may be), I wouldn't want to give your (or anyone) advice that would either encourage them, or end up helping them, to break the law(s) of their locale.

E-Cigarettes are illegal in Dubai. I am a former pilot, and flew many times from Europe to Dubai. Your e-cig, juices, and other e-cig accessories get simply confiscated at the airport, and that's it, IF they find out of course. If you get caught with a e-cig in the city, then you can/will get into bigger trouble. Sorry for the bad news.

Dubai is awesome no doubt (well at least for the first few weeks), but I was so happy everytime I left. I was getting extremly tired of getting dictated around by those people, and of getting my freedoms which I had in other countries, especially in the US taken away from me by those creeps. I ones got taken to the police station because I kissed my wife for more the 5 seconds on a public street. Thank god I never have to go there again. Sorry for my rent guys.

Hi! I live in Abu Dhabi and I've been vaping for a month now.
I know a guy who sells that, in Abu Dhabi, he goes to Dubai every now and then. The stuff he sells ain't good, I don't really recommend him, but he's the only guy in here.
It is illegal, though. As the others said.
I'm currently going to order atomizers from dhgate.com, like the ones here. They are about 2$ for each atomizer.
Wholesale Ce5 Ego - Buy No Wick CE5 Clearomizer CE5 EGO CE6 Atomizer CE5 Cartomizer for Ego-CE5 EGO CE5 Kit Ego CE6 Ego CE4 MT3 BCC Eovd Twist Battery Lava Tube, $1.79 | DHgate
You can find them really cheep, free shipping items, and with different styles. (always check free shipping, plus minimum order quantity)
For e-liquid, the best thing you can do is DIY e-liquids. While flavors and ingredients are difficult to find, you might want to order online and ship them here. I couldn't find free-shipping eliquids, or DIY ingredients.
There is another guy in Dubai that sells e-cigs and eliquid, check dubizzle.com, you'll find someone. But I know they sell cheep products for way more than double the price.
Check this website too Vape 'n Save
They ship for UAE, but I didn't personally tried that yet.
Good luck for all UAE vapers!! I feel for you!!
