Try asking Perfumer's Apprenctice - they make both perfume supplies and concentrated food flavorings. They are one of the food flavoring brands used in eliquids.

Balsam of Peru can be used in the flavorings:
Citrus fruit peel
Artificially baked goods and confectionary
Cola and other soft drinks
Aperitifs, e.g. vermouth, bitters
Spices, e.g. cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, nutmeg, paprika, curry

I'm not sure if all manufacturer's use this or not. The best thing to do is email the vendor and ask them directly. Let them know that you're concerned with this specific allergy. I'm sure they will be happy to answer your questions!

Since eliquid flavors are partly aroma, and at least one maker of concentrated flavorings also makes perfume scents, it's a valid concern, not a joke. That Balsum of Peru us a vanilla scent and can cause allergic reactions and kidney damage.

The eliquid vendors may not know exactly what is in the flavorings. The flavor makers sometimes list "natural flavoring" - that doesn't say what the natural flavoring is from. You could have to ask the flavoring companies. You could also ask juice vendors who sell organic juices (Vaperite?) and ask Backwoods Brew who extracts some of his own flavorings (I vape his vanilla).

If nothing else, if one flavoring company says it's in none of their flavorings, you could mix your own eliquid with their flavorings.
