Hello, I have been feeling dizzy lately when vaping. I have started vaping 2 months ago. I use an eleaf iStick 50w with an Aspire Atlantis and Eleaf's MELO atomizers. I could always draw long puffs with no difficulty, coughing, or dizziness. All this was with 0mg liquids.
Now, I got myself Halcyon Haze's Northern Lights with 6mg, and installed a new Atlantis atomizer. The menthol restricts my puffing duration, but I have no problem with it. The issue is I feel dizzy, even with small puffs. I did not feel dizzy at all with previous liquids, drawing for 5-6 seconds and producing lots of vapor. Is this because of the nicotine? If so, will the dizziness subside once I get used to it, or should I do something else?

That sounds to me like a nicotine buzz. If it bothers you than I suggest going back to 0mg eliquid. As for it subsiding... well.. After a while of getting nicotine into your system it will get weaker as your tolerance to it goes up. As a smoker for 5 to 6 years I really like my nicotine. I don't get much of a buzz anymore but I can still feel it enter my system and calm me down and help me concentrate.

I personally love a good nicotine buzz haha, but I am actually working my way down to 0 mg nic, baby steps.

You will adjust to whatever level nic you choose, most people learn to like the nic buzz, dizzieness and miss it whan there body adjust , I think its why we are always up-grading our equipment, also during a dizzy spell I bet you dont want a cigg, keep track how many puffs till a dizzy spell and take one less , just a thought, that way your not vaping every 2 minutes with a weak juice, vape every 15 with a strong juice, works for me anyway

Yup. Too much nic. Go back to 0mg. Nicotine addiction is pretty miserable. Take it from a guy who knows. Don't go there if you don't need to. If you're a smoker and need it to get off the sticks, that's one thing. But if you just like to blow cloud... what for? Get zero and be glad you can save the money from not buying nic.

Hello!
It is the nicotine! It happened to me when I was using 12mg and only needed 6mg. It stopped as soon as I switched! That's also how I know if I need to downgrade my nicotine level in the future...
Hope this helps!
